With over 30 years of shipping experience, Norman Motors ltd - JaguarWorldwide.com can pack and ship your order safely and securely across the UK or around the world resolving problems and keeping our customers happy.

We also offer tracking information for most of our shipments (some shipping provider do not offer this). If you provide your email address, we can have all your tracking information automatically sent to your email.


Shipping within UK

We try our very best to provide a next working day service, Monday to Friday within the UK mainland. This means that if you order spares on a friday you will receive them on Monday. The hours of delivery are from 9 am to 5.30 pm, however premium services are available upon request if you need your order for example, before noon. A standard charge is made for all orders up to 20 kg, a small charge per kilo is added thereafter. Carriers not only charge by weight, but the size of the package comes into play when calculating shipping, so please bear this in mind.

Shipping Overseas

Spares can be shipped absolutely anywhere in the world. We use a small range of carriers that will deliver spares to your door, customs cleared and will collect any import tax or duty incurred in their transportation. Any charge of this nature are beyond the control of Wild Car Parts and must be paid in order to take delivery of your package. Due to the high volume of parcels going out from Norman Motors ltd Jaguar parts worldwide JaguarWorldwide.com, we have negotiated a most favourable shipping tariff which we pass on to our customers. If time is not an issue we can offer slower, cheaper means of carriage.

Discrepancies

No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the quantity you ordered and that nothing is damaged.
